because he challenges me and pushes me to a maximum that I wouldn’t believe I
could reach. I love that he can make workouts for me that are short, but leave
a great impact. I can do a 20 minute workout with him, but will be sore for
days after it! I always know that my workouts with him are never a waste of
time and I always leave knowing I made some sort of progress whether it’s small
or big! I would definitely recommend him as a trainer and I have before!"
